Return & Replacement Policy

At EliteTech Electronics, we prioritize customer satisfaction and product quality. While we do not offer cash refunds, we provide a transparent and fair Return & Replacement Only policy to ensure your confidence when shopping with us.

You are eligible for a replacement if:

• The product is faulty upon delivery, such as a factory defect or internal malfunction discovered during inspection. • The wrong item or model was sent in error. • The product develops a factory-related fault within 7 days of delivery, under normal usage conditions. These conditions ensure fairness to both our customers and our suppliers, while maintaining quality control over all items sold.

How it works:

• The faulty or incorrect item must be returned in its original condition, which includes the complete packaging, accessories, manuals, and receipt. • Once received and inspected, we will replace it with the same model, or if unavailable, a better or equivalent alternative of equal or higher value. • No cash refunds will be issued under any circumstances. • If your preferred replacement model costs more than your original purchase, you may choose to pay the difference to upgrade. • For customers outside Lagos, return logistics will be coordinated through our verified delivery partners to ensure a smooth exchange.

Important Notes:

• Products that show signs of damage after delivery, mishandling, or tampering with internal components will not be eligible for replacement. • Please make sure to test your item upon delivery, especially for electronic gadgets, to confirm functionality before final payment (for Pay-on-Delivery customers).• Our goal is to make sure every customer feels protected, confident, and satisfied with every EliteTech purchase.
