Delivery & Pay on Delivery

At EliteTech Electronics, we aim to deliver convenience and confidence with every purchase. Our delivery and payment system is designed to protect both our customers and our logistics process.

For Customers Within Lagos:

• Customers in Lagos can enjoy our Pay on Delivery (POD) service. • To confirm your order, you’ll first pay a delivery fee as a commitment deposit. This helps us verify genuine orders and ensure our riders only deliver to ready customers. • Once your delivery fee is confirmed, our logistics team will contact you and deliver your item to your doorstep or agreed pickup point. • Upon delivery, you’re encouraged to inspect your product thoroughly, turn it on, check its screen, sound, packaging, and accessories. • Only after you’re fully satisfied do you make the final balance payment for your product.

For Customers Outside Lagos:

• Customers outside Lagos are required to make full payment upfront (product cost + delivery fee). • This policy exists because long-distance deliveries involve third-party logistics and higher transport costs. • Once payment is confirmed, your order will be dispatched within 24–48 hours, depending on product availability. • You will receive your tracking number and can monitor delivery progress until your item arrives safely.

 Please note:
The delivery fee is non-refundable once a successful delivery attempt has been made. This is because it covers logistics costs and rider compensation.

Delivery Timeline

• Lagos deliveries: usually same day or next day.
•Outside Lagos: typically 2–5 working days, depending on distance and courier speed.
